Grant, a 21-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot in what police would identify as a double homicide. Alongside Laron was his friend, 20-year-old Jordan L.
Williams, who was also found deceased from gunshot wounds. The sudden violence of their deaths sent ripples of shock and sorrow through the community.
