In the early morning hours of July 28, 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet on North Allis Street in Kansas City, Kansas, ending the life of 19-year-old Adam Williams, an African American male. Officers responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 2:15 a.m. and discovered Williams deceased inside a vehicle.
