In a quiet duplex in Kansas City, Kansas, on April 2, 2018, a grim discovery shattered the peace of the neighborhood. David Rawlins, a 46-year-old male, was found deceased inside the residence, the victim of a brutal act of violence. He was not alone; alongside him were the bodies of two other men, 51-year-old Edward Rawlins and 40-year-old Addrin Coats, in what was quickly determined to be a triple homicide.
