In the late morning of Tuesday, February 25, 2014, the life of Chad W.E.V. Coen, a 26-year-old White male, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. Coen was discovered fatally shot in the street in the 1500 block of South 14th Street by officers who were summoned to the scene just before 10 a.m.. The incident was quickly investigated as a homicide.
