On a tragic morning in March of 2016, Randy J. Nordman, a 49-year-old male, became an unsuspecting hero in a devastating chain of events that began in Kansas City, Kansas. His life was cut short when he was fatally shot outside his home in New Florence, Missouri. The man responsible was on the run after committing a quadruple homicide the night before in Kansas City, Kansas.
