On the night of April 9, 2008, a 25-year-old Caucasian male named Jeffrey Rogers was brutally killed in what should have been the safety of his own home in Kansas City, Kansas. In a harrowing final act, Rogers himself managed to call 911 to report that he had been the victim of a violent attack.
