Tommie Lee Lowery, a 68-year-old man, was last seen on November 4, 2013, in Spring, Texas. Lowery was residing in a group home in the 7900 block of Country Walk Drive when he left for a walk and never returned. He was wearing beige khaki pants, an orange plaid shirt with a gray undershirt, a blue knitted cap with a Texas Longhorns logo, and silver Nike shoes. At the time of his disappearance, Lowery was suffering from dementia and cancer and was without his necessary medications.
