He was wearing beige khaki pants, an orange plaid shirt with a gray undershirt, a blue knitted cap with a Texas Longhorns logo, and silver Nike shoes. At the time of his disappearance, Lowery was suffering from dementia and cancer and was without his necessary medications.
Lowery's personal belongings, including his wallet, were left behind, which his family found unusual. Despite extensive searches, including efforts by Texas EquuSearch, no significant leads have surfaced. His case remains unresolved, and authorities continue to seek information from the public to help locate him.
