On a Saturday evening in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 18-year-old Stephon Egans was tragically cut short. On May 21, 2016, in the 2900 block of North Allis Street, the young Black / African American man was shot. The incident occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m.
