On the evening of Christmas Eve in 2016, a tragic event unfolded on the roads of Kansas City, Kansas, forever altering the lives of one family. Socorro Olivas, a 59-year-old Hispanic male, was found shot to death inside a vehicle on Interstate 70, just west of State Line Road. The discovery was made after police responded to what was initially reported as a traffic accident.
