On a Tuesday night in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 47-year-old Hispanic male Vincent Rocha was tragically cut short on May 9, 2017. He was a fun-loving and charismatic man, known for his easy-going nature and passion for life, often hosting karaoke and get-togethers that made everyone feel like family. That evening, however, his home in the 1900 block of South Boeke Street became a scene of immense violence.
