In a quiet neighborhood in Kansas City, Kansas, the morning of June 18, 2024, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to reports of a shooting shortly before noon, police arrived at the 2000 block of N. 33rd Terrace. Outside a home, they discovered the body of Justin R. Diaz, a 25-year-old White/Caucasian male from Raymore, Missouri. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
