On the evening of November 4, 2015, in Kansas City, Kansas, 37-year-old Andrew P. Harman, a male known to his loved ones as Drew, was found with a gunshot wound to his face in the area of 28 N. Ninth Street. The call reporting the shooting came in at approximately 5:40 p.m. Emergency services arrived at the scene and transported Harman to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
