On a late September day in 2017, the life of Robert Raymond Jacobs Jr., a 36-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Topeka, Kansas. The events of September 28th unfolded in a wooded area near the Kansas River, where what began as a fishing trip between brothers ended in a devastating murder-suicide.
