Ramon Enriquez Barragan, a 17-year-old male from Garden City, Kansas, spent the early afternoon of July 14, 2018 riding in a car along the U.S. Highway 50/83 bypass between Third Street and Campus Drive when shots erupted from a passing vehicle. A bullet struck him, and he was rushed to St. Catherine Hospital. He died the following day, July 15, 2018, after the attack that began on the bypass.
