In the quiet city of Garden City, Kansas, the life of 32-year-old Victor Uel Cabrera Jr. was tragically cut short on a Sunday evening in March of 2021. On March 7th, police were dispatched to an apartment on West Fulton Street following a report of a man who had been shot in the head. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Cabrera, who was then transported by Finney County EMS to St. Catherine Hospital.
