In the early evening of December 9, 2019, a tragic event unfolded in Kansas City, Kansas, that cut short the life of 19-year-old Angelo Ramirez. Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2200 block of Franklin Avenue just after 4:30 p.m. following a report of an unresponsive male.
