In the early morning hours of July 16, 2021, a grim discovery was made in an industrial area of Kansas City, Kansas. Christian Franco, a 22-year-old male, was found deceased alongside 23-year-old Jesus Quintero. The two men were located inside a vehicle that had apparently crashed in the 700 block of Pawnee Avenue.
