In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 20, 2021, the life of Adrian Dwayne Williams, a 31-year-old Black/African American male from Olathe, Kansas, was tragically cut short in Topeka. Shortly after midnight, Topeka police were dispatched to the 2000 block of S.E. Pennsylvania Avenue after receiving multiple reports of gunshots in the area.
