In the winter of 2000, the life of Ricardo Bishop-Wilkins, a 20-year-old man from Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. On February 1st, he fell victim to gun violence in the nation's capital. Known for his kind, caring, and funny nature, Ricardo was a young man who deeply loved his family and friends. Those who knew him remembered his smile as being larger than life.
