In the heart of Northeast Washington, D.C., a grim discovery was made on the evening of Valentine's Day. Inside an apartment on Jay Street, the lives of three individuals were tragically cut short. Among them was Leon Harper, a 59-year-old male. He was found alongside two women, 58-year-old Renee Bigelow and 40-year-old Kimberly Stevens. All three had succumbed to gunshot wounds in what authorities are investigating as a triple homicide.
