Yewondwosen Girma Hailemarian, a 30-year-old Black male from Fairfax, Virginia, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in the unit block of N Street, Northeast, Washington, D.C. The discovery was made at approximately 5:24 a.m., a time when the city was just beginning to stir.
