On a Thursday evening, April 7, 2011, the life of 16-year-old Raheem Jackson was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. The male teenager was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of Congress Street, Southeast, at approximately 9:31 p.m. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
