On April 7, 2011, Raheem Jackson, aged 16, was shot and killed in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 9:31 PM in the 1300 block of Congress Street, SE. Raheem was a high school student at H.D. Woodson High School and well-liked among his peers.
