Death by Force

On a cold Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of a man named Phillip Jones was tragically cut short. On January 14, 2015, at approximately 8:30 pm, Mr. Jones, a male, was shot and killed in the 3100 block of Randall Place, SE. The incident prompted an investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch.
