On a summer morning in 2015, the life of 25-year-old Rodney Delonte Davis of Manassas, Virginia, was cut short by gunfire in the nation's capital. The male victim was discovered unconscious on Sunday, June 28, around 9 a.m. in the unit block of Galveston Place in Southwest Washington, D.C.
