On a Tuesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 26-year-old Marquett Tyler was tragically cut short. On November 22, 2016, at approximately 8:39 p.m., in the 3300 block of 22nd Street, Southeast, Tyler was discovered lying unconscious on a sidewalk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
