In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Kenneth Ronald Davis Jr., a 22-year-old male, was cut tragically short. On August 9, 2017, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Davis was shot in the 1200 block of W Street, Southeast. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and found him suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
