In the late morning of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., a burst of violence cut short the life of 16-year-old Jakhi Snider. The male teen, identified as Black/African American, was in the 1600 block of Morris Road, SE, on November 26, 2022, when he was shot. The incident occurred at approximately 11:05 a.m.
