Vishnu Bhalchandra Pandit, a 61-year-old Indian-American man, was among the twelve victims of a mass shooting that took place at the Washington Navy Yard on September 16, 2013. A kind and gentle man, Pandit had built a life in the United States after immigrating from Mumbai, India.
