On a warm Saturday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 39-year-old Jerome Quigley Jr. was tragically cut short. On June 4, 2022, at approximately 5:39 p.m., the sound of gunshots shattered the peace in the 500 block of 23rd Place, Northeast, in the Kingman Park neighborhood. When officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Quigley suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
