On a warm Saturday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 39-year-old Jerome Quigley Jr. was tragically cut short. On June 4, 2022, at approximately 5:39 p.m., the sound of gunshots shattered the peace in the 500 block of 23rd Place, Northeast, in the Kingman Park neighborhood.
