On a Tuesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 19-year-old Deon Calvin Smith was tragically cut short. On September 13, 2016, at approximately 9:30 p.m., in the 4600 block of Livingston Road, Southeast, gunfire erupted, leaving two individuals wounded.
