Anthony Smith, a 26-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot on March 17, 2017, at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Division Avenue, NE. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene following reports of a shooting and found Smith suffering from gunshot wounds.
