On February 9, 2005, Joseph Bell was found unconscious and suffering from severe head trauma in a restroom at Providence Hospital, located at 1150 Varnum Street NE, Washington, D.C. Bell was discovered at approximately 11:41 a.m. After being found in critical condition, he was treated for his injuries but tragically succumbed to them over two months later, on April 18, 2005.
