On a Saturday night in Washington, D.C., the sound of gunshots broke the calm in the 300 block of P Street, SW. When police arrived at the scene, just blocks from Nationals Park, they found two teenagers suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were rushed to local hospitals, but for one of them, it was too late.
