On a cold December morning in 2017, a dispute between two shuttle bus drivers at the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. escalated into a fatal encounter. Brian Andrew Gibson, a 45-year-old man, was shot and killed on December 8th, in the 6900 block of Georgia Avenue NW. Both Gibson and his alleged assailant were employed to transport construction workers at the site.
