On a cold December morning in 2017, a dispute between two shuttle bus drivers at the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. escalated into a fatal encounter. Brian Andrew Gibson, a 45-year-old man, was shot and killed on December 8th, in the 6900 block of Georgia Avenue NW.
