In the pre-dawn hours of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., violence shattered the quiet of a Southeast neighborhood. On March 12, 2022, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District were dispatched to the 1900 block of Minnesota Avenue, Southeast, following a report of a shooting.
