In the winter of 2018, the life of 17-year-old Davon Fisher was tragically cut short in a basement in Northeast Washington, D.C. On the afternoon of January 12th, police responded to a duplex on Riggs Road NE, where they discovered a grim scene. Inside, three individuals had been shot. While two adult males survived their injuries, Davon Fisher was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
