Death by Force

On July 30, 2019, 26-year-old Anthony Hooks was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the 1300 block of Savannah Street, SE, Washington, DC. Upon arrival, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department discovered Hooks, who was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by DC Fire and Emergency Services.
