In the early hours of a Friday morning in Washington, D.C., a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that would end a man's life and forever alter his son's. On September 11, 2020, inside a residence in the 700 block of 51st Street, Northeast, 49-year-old Stephen Magruder was shot and killed.
