On June 6, 2018, Vincent Palmer, aged 29, was tragically shot and killed in the 1300 block of Stevens Road, SE, Washington, DC, at approximately 5:29 PM. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately sought public assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
