In the late hours of a cold winter night in the nation's capital, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. On January 28, 2021, Aaron Bourne, a 26-year-old Black male from Woodbridge, Virginia, was fatally shot in the 1300 block of Morris Road, Southeast, Washington, D.C.
