In the waning days of November 2018, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening calm in a residential Northeast Washington, D.C. neighborhood. On Monday, November 26th, at approximately 6:34 p.m., police responded to the 800 block of Taylor Street NE after reports of gunshots. Upon their arrival, they discovered an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
