On January 4, 2020, at approximately 3:33 AM, Charles Robinson, a 60-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a residence on the 2000 block of 19th Place, SE. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
