Damon Dickens, a 23-year-old man from Washington, DC, was tragically killed on September 24, 2018. The incident occurred on the 2500 block of Bowen Road, SE. According to reports, Dickens was visiting from out of town when he was shot outside his grandmother's home. His family believes that he was not the intended target of the shooting.
