In the spring of 2020, on the afternoon of April 29th, 35-year-old Louis Eugene Kingsbury was in front of a carryout restaurant on the 200 block of New York Avenue, Northwest in Washington, D.C. It was there that his life was tragically cut short when he was shot multiple times.
