In the autumn of 2020, on the afternoon of Thursday, October 1st, the life of 42-year-old Arthur Daniels IV, a male resident of Northwest, D.C., was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:35 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District arrived at the 6200 block of 8th Street, Northwest.
