Death by Force

On February 16, 2021, at approximately 3:50 pm, Diamonte Green, a 22-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically shot and killed in the 300 block of 33rd Street, SE. The incident occurred in the entryway of an apartment building, where Green was shot eight times by the assailant. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) sought the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide, which was later closed with an arrest.
