In the early morning hours of February 5, 2021, the life of 28-year-old Stephon Chew, a Black male from Southeast, DC, was tragically cut short. At approximately 1:46 am, officers from the Seventh District of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 100 block of Irvington Street, Southwest.
