On the night of Saturday, April 3, 2021, the sounds of gunshots shattered the peace in the 4200 block of 4th Street in Southeast Washington, D.C. Responding to the reports at approximately 10:14 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District arrived at a residential building to a grim scene.
