On a fall evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 52-year-old Angela White-Hooks was tragically cut short. On Saturday, October 23, 2021, at approximately 10:07 p.m., the sounds of gunshots pierced the night in the 3600 block of Jay Street, Northeast.
