In the late autumn afternoon of November 23, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the relative quiet of a street in Southeast Washington, D.C., leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Twenty-three-year-old Robbie Johnson, a male resident of Southeast, D.C., was shot and killed in the 3900 block of South Capitol Street, Southeast.
